A Virginia native from Charlottesville, Dave Gunter, President, has been licensed in Virginia since 1983 and in Maryland since 2010 specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial and commercial property. A graduate of Hampden-Sydney College, he is a CCIM designee (Certified Commercial Investment Member), a member of the National and Virginia Association of Realtors and the Dulles Area Association of Realtors.

David Austin, Vice President, also a Virginia native, has been licensed in Virginia since 1990 working with investors, developers, property owners and tenants servicing their real estate needs. A graduate of Ferrum College, David is a CCIM designee (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and member of the National Association of Realtors.

The Partners entered into property management by forming CGR Commercial Management LLC in 2006. As of the end of third quarter 2010, the company manages 1,530,231 square feet of commercial property primarily with commercial condominium associations.
